MEGAN'S STORY
Putting clients back in charge
More than 15 years ago, Megan began her research into conditions like Fibromyalgia, CFS, CRPS and other sensitisation disorders, sparked by a request for help from a stranger. At a time when the exercise rehabilitation industry had little to no research supporting these conditions, and medical professionals were discouraging physical activity, she advocated the opposite.

Armed with years of knowledge and experience, Megan's scope has expanded to more than exercise and looks at more than physiological wellness. While most people are overwhelmed by the science and medical research surrounding their conditions, Megan breaks it down and works to ensure her clients understand it. They work together to gain the tools to reclaim their lives.

As Megan’s knowledge base, experience and skills continue to develop, it has become clear that what she does is about more than exercise. While physical activity is one facet of treatment, she also helps change and shape many other areas – ultimately ensuring her clients have the best chance at taking control of their lives. With Megan, clients and their well-being are the priorities. She believes in being sincere, open and flexible, ensuring you take control from the outset and serving as your guide along the way.
When Megan needs to enjoy some well-deserved downtime, she can usually be found in the outdoors, exploring the coastline by kayak, tramping or most likely pretending to be a dolphin at the beach. She practices what she preaches, and while she works hard, she understands the importance of activity as well as a work-life balance.
Clinical expertise and knowledge delivered with empathy and understanding
Megan works with clients who come to her feeling trapped, misunderstood or dejected, who often simply do not have the information they need to break the cycle. However, Megan firmly believes in giving her clients the right tools and knowledge to put them back in control of their lives. Together, they work to confidently and securely enjoy:
