What we do

One of Megan's core philosophies is that clients should not be kept in the dark. Understanding your condition allows you to get to the whys and become more invested and involved in your own treatment. It puts you back in control, and lets you reclaim your independence.

Megan uses her clinical expertise, ongoing research and educational experience to make complex conditions accessible to those dealing with them. She has advocated the inclusion of physical activity as a means of treatment and prevention before it was advocated amongst medical professionals, and as a result of that innovation, has seen amazing results.

Her wealth of knowledge, flexible business model and down to earth approach is extraordinary. The business model which she uses was developed as a result of many years of experience working alongside unwell clients and their existing health professionals. You can be confident that Megan will provide treatment like no other - one that works towards you reclaiming your life, using a wide range of techniques and extensive research and experience.

Standard Services:
We provide clinical assessments and prescription as well as private consultations, medical reporting, case consulting and referral. We can also offer corporate presentations at request.
who we work with

Clients don't need to wait until they're unwell before seeking Megan's help. She also runs preventative programmes and helps you avoid getting stuck in a rut or losing your independence.

Primarily, Megan focuses on helping people whose lives have been taken over by their medical condition
and / or whose symptoms may not match any formal diagnosis. These often may include unusual pain symptoms, sporadic fatigue or trouble with mental health. She uses a variety of techniques to help her clients understand, treat and ultimately overcome their condition and reclaim their lives.

If you are unsure if Megan can help you or if you've been referred by someone else, get in touch and see if, and how, we can help. Megan is committed to providing honest and direct information, and can provide a referral if it is appropriate or required.
